Returns & Exchanges
At Davidoff, we strive for excellence in every stitch; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all luxury packaging and security tags intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Davidoff account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original designer boxes and secure them within the shipping carton provided, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside.
Affix the Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid DHL Express return label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Dispatch and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized collection point; once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
